By creating an account or using Gold Panda, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Gold Panda.
2. Not Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: Gold Panda is an informational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All signals are generated by AI and are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Description of Service
Gold Panda provides AI-generated XAU/USD (gold) trading signals, technical analysis, and an AI chatbot (Panda AI). The service is offered on a subscription basis with a Free tier and a Pro tier.
4. Subscription and Billing
Pro plan: $89 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at goldpanda@gmail.com.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing. We will notify active subscribers at least 7 days before any price increase takes effect.
5. Free Tier
The Free tier gives you access to signal direction and one full signal per month. After your monthly free signal is used, only signal direction is shown until the next monthly reset. Free tier access is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute Gold Panda signals without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its signal logic
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Panda and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Your use of Gold Panda signals is entirely at your own risk.
8. No Guarantee of Performance
Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. AI-generated signals can be wrong. Win rates and performance statistics shown on the platform are historical and may not reflect future performance. No representation is made that any user will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, signal logic, and software on Gold Panda are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to Pro features ends immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
