- Provide and operate the Gold Panda service
- Process your subscription and billing via Stripe
- Send you trading signal push notifications (only if you opt in)
- Respond to support requests
- Improve signal quality and platform performance
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Gold Panda:
- Supabase — Database and authentication. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase servers.
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all billing and card data under their own privacy policy.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — Powers signal generation and the Panda AI chatbot. Chat messages may be processed by Anthropic's API.
- Twelve Data — Provides live XAU/USD market price data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes (e.g. invoices).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of push notifications at any time from your dashboard
